'Tis the season to think about giving! While there are so many worthy causes out there, as a parent, your heartstrings might be tugged especially hard by ones that benefit other families. So, if you’re looking for a nonprofit to support this year, we found organizations that help all sorts of kids and parents thrive—in all sorts of ways!—so you can find the one that speaks to you the most.

    Baby2Baby

Baby2Baby is an organization especially close to Happiest Baby’s heart. Baby2Baby provides children living in poverty with the basic essentials they deserve. You can support Baby2Baby here. In addition, you can help Baby2Baby by…shopping! For every HappiestBaby.com Sleepea purchase made on Giving Tuesday (December 2, 2025) we will donate a new Sleepea to Baby2Baby!

    Black Mamas Matter Alliance

The Black Mamas Matter Alliance is a national organization that aims to amplify the voices and opportunities for Black mothers. This incredible group fights for the improved maternal healthcare, rights, and social justice for Black mothers and their children. Donate to the Black Mamas Matter Alliance.

    The Tender Foundation

Tender supports single moms in the Atlanta area who live below the poverty line. They not only provide immediate, short-term assistance, but they also help mothers find the long-term support they need to get back on their feet. They accept donations of high-need items, like diapers and wipes, as well as financial contributions. Find out how to support the Tender Foundation.

    Welcome Baby

This mom-founded organization curates and delivers boxes of baby essentials to donate to hospitals and community health organizations. One package contains everything a parent needs to care for a newborn in the first four weeks of life, including 220 diapers and a month supply of wipes, as well as items like swaddles. Learn how to support Welcome Baby.

    No Kid Hungry

One in five kids are living with hunger in the U.S., which is why No Kid Hungry is dedicated to making sure that every child gets three meals a day...every day. And your donation goes a long way! A $50 gift can provide up to 500 meals for food-insecure children. Donate to No Kid Hungry.

    Shades of Blue Project

The Shades of Blue Project works with minority women before, during, and after childbirth with maternal mental health advocacy in order to help break cultural stigmas of asking for help with mental health issues. Donate to the Shades of Blue Project.

    Comfort Cases

When a child enters the foster system, they're typically given a trash bag for all their belongings when they're removed from their home. Comfort Cases offers these kids backpacks filled with much-needed comfort and personal care items to help ease their transition into foster care. A $55 donation fills one Comfort Case. Donate to Comfort Cases.

Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights

The many migrant children who have been separated from their parents have made for heartbreaking headlines in the past several years—and these stories have persisted. (For some context, at any given time, nearly 600 children are in Federal custody in Chicago.) The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights is working hard to fight for the safety and wellbeing of unaccompanied children facing deportation. Donate to the Young Center.

The Committee for Hispanic Families and Children

The Committee for Hispanic Families and Children (CHFC) is a robust organization that works with low-income Hispanic families to address and improve youth development, childcare, HIV/AIDS prevention and education, immigrant services, public policy, and advocacy. Donate to CHFC.

    National Indian Childcare Association

The National Indian Child Care Association works hard to promote and advocate for high quality childcare for tribal children that is culturally appropriate and that helps to bring together tribes and tribal organizations on behalf of American Indians, Alaskan Natives, and Native Hawaiians. Donate to the National Indian Childcare Association.

    National Diaper Bank Network

One thing you learn early into parenthood is that diapers are expensive! That cost can really take its toll on struggling families. The NDBN has chapters that dot the US to help families in need diaper their babies. Aside from donating, you can volunteer to host a diaper drive or help in other ways. Learn how to support the National Diaper Bank Network.

    Feeding America

Just like diapers banks, food banks serve folks all across the country, helping food-insecure families get enough to eat. The winter is rough time to be hungry, so donations to help feed families are always a wonderful way to give. Learn how to support Feeding America.

    Every Mother Counts

Every day complications related to pregnancy or childbirth claim the lives of 800 women. Every Mother Counts is working to prevent maternal deaths by advocating for access to quality maternity care around the world. They partner locally with organizations across the globe to maximize their impact. Find out how to take action with Every Mother Counts.

    Postpartum Support International

Postpartum Support International provides new parents with crucial mental health support. They have a crisis helpline as well as online support groups and a host of other resources for moms grappling with perinatal mood disorders. Donate to Postpartum Support International.

    Homeless Prenatal Program

Aiming to break the cycle of childhood poverty, HPP serves more than 3,500 families annually, helping them access perinatal services, stable housing, job training, financial education, and more. Find out how to support the Homeless Prenatal Program.

    March of Dimes

Chances are, you’ve probably heard of this well-known organization. March of Dimes has been advocating for the health of parents and babies and for 80 years! They’ve long spearheaded research and awareness about prematurity. Donate to March of Dimes.

    Carry the Future

This organization serves refugee families in a number of ways—they donate both basic necessities to new families (like diapers, beds, onesies, and blankets), as well as emergency items. Your monetary donation will help Carry the Future carry out their mission, plus, they accept handmade gifts (think: blankets, hats, dolls) and gently used baby carriers. Learn how to support Carry the Future.

    The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project aims to end suicide among LGBTQ youth (tragically, LGBTQ young people are four times more likely to attempt suicide than their straight counterparts) through its advocacy efforts and life-saving suicide hotline and counseling program. Find out how to support the Trevor Project.
