SNOO has truly been a blessing for our family. Our 3 month old has been sleeping in the SNOO since day one. We recently took a short trip and didn’t have SNOO with us, so she slept in bed with us. She woke up almost every hour. Then, on our very first night back home, she slept 9 hours straight in the SNOO! That was the moment it really clicked for us how big of a difference SNOO makes, not just for her sleep, but for ours too. Since then, she’s been sleeping close to 12 hours a night. She’ll sometimes start to stir after 6 or 7 hours and when we bump SNOO up to level 2, she settles right back down and sleeps for several more hours. We’re so grateful to be getting full nights of sleep and honestly, that just wouldn’t be happening without SNOO.

When I became a parent, I expected to lose sleep due to late-night crying. What I didn't expect (though perhaps I should have) was to lose sleep due to fear and anxiety. In her small "bed" in the hospital, my newborn baby girl seemed so fragile and I wanted to protect her at all times...which meant staying awake (or half-awake) at all times! Obviously, this is impossible, but it didn't stop my body from trying, ready to bolt upright at the slightest noise. When we started using the SNOO, not only did our girl sleep more, she was so clearly safe and secure in her swaying, swaddling, shushing cocoon. It was a game-changer.

What can I say besides thank you?

Thank you for allowing our whole family to sleep, and for giving our newborn a place where he feels safe, calm, and happy. Our little baby boss is sleeping like a champ, already doing 6-hour stretches at night. He sleeps, we all sleep, and everyone is happier because of it.

SNOO has also given us something just as valuable during the day: peace of mind. Knowing our baby is safe allows me to take a shower, prepare lunch, or simply enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, small moments that make a huge difference in those early weeks.

We’re truly enjoying this time as a family and are genuinely excited to see what the next four months will bring. Right now, SNOO feels like a small miracle, helping us feel more confident, more rested, and more present as parents.

The comfort of knowing my baby was safe was the most important. The snoo gave me that peace. I also think it helped my baby sleep train the best. She’s 3 know and I think it gave her a head start.
